ELIGIBILITY

1. Applicants must be among the following types of organizations: community-based, faith-based,non-profit, healthcare, for-profit organizations/facilities that have access to fathers. Applicants are not required to have 501(c)3 status, nor to identify with a sponsoring organization with 501(c)3 status.
   
   
2. Applicants must be willing to attend one (1) free Webinar offered by NFI on how to maximize the effectiveness of your FRC.
   
   
3. Applicants must be willing to complete a one (1) page evaluation form by six months after the receipt of a Fatherhood Resource Center (FRC) package that outlines how the resources were used and what the key outcomes were as a result. (Evaluation Form will be sent to the successful awardees via email)
