SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• NFI WILL ONLY ACCEPT ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS SUBMITTED THROUGH THE ONLINE PROPOSAL SUBMISSION FORM. RECOMMENDED: Create your answers in a word document, and then copy and paste that information into the form.
  
• Answer each of the following questions in brief, but clear detail. Please number your responses; uniqueness and creativity counts. Please use the Online Proposal Submission Form to answer the following questions.
1. (40 points) Provide information about the mission of your organization and the services that your organization provides to fathers and families.  Also, briefly describe the demographic group your program targets or will target (including any relevant information about age, race, sex, socioeconomic status, geographic area, marital status, educational level, etc.).
2. (40 points) Provide information on how you will use the FRC Package to promote and/or enhance your existing services for families.
3. (20 points) Describe the method that you will use to monitor the distribution and implementation of the FRC Package and its effectiveness along with a distribution plan.

• You must fill out all fields in the Online Proposal Submission Form.
• You must be willing to submit an evaluation and attend a free online webinar.
  

DEADLINE: Complete proposals MUST BE RECEIVED by National Fatherhood Initiative
no later than 5PM EDT on August 4, 2008.
