Since 2002, Paul has managed the daily operations of finance, contract administration and office administration. Additionally, he oversees financial reporting and budgeting for National Fatherhood Initiative. Prior to joining the staff, Paul was a financial analyst for a physician’s membership organization and the comptroller for $12 million non-profit organization. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The Catholic University of America; is married and has three children.

Emily assists in Accounts Payable for National Fatherhood Initiative. Prior to relocating to the Rockville area and joining the staff, Emily resided in Calgary, Canada where she worked as an accounting analyst for Saputo Foods Ltd. Emily holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary and is currently one course away from CGA, Canada’s second largest professional accounting designation.

Jason is responsible for accounts receivables and also assists with accounts payable. In addition, Jason is responsible for NFI's CRM system and collaborates with Resource Center on operations related tasks. He graduated in 2006 from McDaniel College with a B.A. in Business Administration. Jason’s work experience includes accounts receivables, accounts payable and contract administration. Jason is a father of two, one girl and one boy.
