As Vice President of Public Affairs, Vincent runs NFI's government relations and press operations. He is a graduate of The College of New Jersey, where he received a bachelor's degree in history and economics. He received a master's degree in Communications from Johns Hopkins University, where he wrote a thesis on the depiction of fathers in Hollywood films. Prior to joining National Fatherhood Initiative, Vincent worked for two years as an analyst at Goldman Sachs in New York City. Vincent, his wife Claudia, their son Vinny, and their Irish Setter Junior, live in Maryland.

Prior to joining the National Fatherhood Initiative, Kristy worked for Infinity Concept, a marketing and consulting firm, as an Account Executive where she offered clients a clear understanding of the dynamics of business administration. She received her B.A. from Grove City College in Psychology with minors in Business and Religion. Her role at the National Fatherhood Initiative is to assist in the operation of NFI's research-related activities and to collect and analyze data related to tracking NFI's success in achieving its strategic and tactical objectives. Kristy, her husband, Michael, and their daughter, Julia, live in Pittsburgh, PA.

Hännah joined NFI in April 2011, and works with the Development Team to research and develop dynamic partnerships to generate and sustain fatherhood work in communities across the nation. Hännah received her B.A. in English from Grove City College. Prior to joining NFI, she worked as Senior Editor of Grove City College’s literature and culture journal, The Quad Magazine, interned with the Marketing and Publicity teams at WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing Group (a division of Random House), and worked as an editorial intern at Salem Web Network. Hännah and her husband, Kevin, live in Gaithersburg, MD.

As Manager of Outreach, Brittany heads NFI's strategic partnership and is responsible for NFI donor management and cultivation.  Before joining NFI, Brittany worked as a campaign finance consultant for congressional, senatorial and Presidential Candidates.  She has also worked extensively with local and national non-profits including Maryland Leadership Workshops and the Carson Scholars Fund.  Brittany is a graduate of McDaniel College.  She lives in Maryland with her husband Sean and their daughter Adalynn.

In her role as Corporate Outreach Coordinator, Renae is responsible for coordinating NFI's corporate outreach efforts by facilitating mutually beneficial relationships with NFI's corporate partners. She joined NFI in June 2008, serving originally as Special Assistant to the President. Renae received a BA in Political Science and Communication Studies with a minor in Sociology from Grove City College, graduating summa cum laude in 2008. While a student, she was a nationally-ranked persuasive speaker and captain of the speech & debate team. Before coming to NFI, she interned with the US House of Representatives and with the marketing department of an IT solutions firm. Renae lives with her family in Sterling, Virginia.

Tony Prebula

Tony, a Gaithersburg native, comes to NFI after spending a year working for the Infants and Toddlers Program of Prince George’s County. While there, Tony managed services for over one hundred families in need of early child intervention. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Family Sciences in the winter of 2010. At Maryland Tony was an active member of the Catholic Student Association, serving as President his senior year. He and his wife, Lacy, met at Maryland and were married in July of 2011. In his spare time Tony enjoys rock climbing, cooking and homebrewing.
