Kentucky Department of Corrections: Creating a Prisoner Re-entry Program for Fathers, Inside and Outside Prison

89% of Kentucky's inmate population is male, and many are fathers, most of whom will return to their families and communities. However, the state did not have a program in place to serve dads, and it was required to use an evidence-based program. Moreover, they wanted to implement a program that would allow them to reach the dads after they left prison, too. ParentWise, Greensburg, PA: Integrating Diverse Fatherhood Services into the Work of a Large Community-Based Organization

Destination Dad, Walton, NE: Successful Program Reducing Recidivism in Prisons and Jails
