NATION’S TOP FATHERHOOD ORGANIZATION TO RELEASE RESULTS OF NATIONAL MARRIAGE SURVEY

Diverse Panel Event at National Press Club To Showcase Surprising Findings on Americans’ Attitudes Toward Marriage, Ideal Marriage Age

(WASHINGTON, DC) – On Thursday, November 17th at 1:30PM in the National Press Club Conference Room, the National Fatherhood Initiative (www.fatherhood.org) will host a panel discussion/press conference to announce and discuss the results of its new National Marriage Survey.  The survey, taken by phone from over 1,500 respondents of both genders, will be fleshed out by a panel of experts from National Fatherhood Initiative President Roland Warren to Barbara DeFoe Whitehead, Co-Director of the National Marriage Project at Rutgers University.  Brookings Institute’s Ron Haskins and Dr. Norval Glenn of the University of Texas at Austin will also participate in the interactive discussion.  The media and public are invited and encouraged to attend.
