4th Smallest Baby in the World

The editors at Circle of Moms highlight video of North Carolina parents Sam and Nicki Moore had their baby girl at 24 weeks of pregnancy, the doctors said there was less than a 10 percent chance their child would survive.

Kenna was born weighing 9 ounces. After almost five months, she weighs 3 pounds 3 ounces and recently moved from an incubator to a crib.

Kenn’a dad Sam, is shown holding her in the video. Little Kenna has battled liver problems and has undergone several blood transfusions. We celebrate with the Moore family because doctors have started using “the H-word” as Nicki says in the video. It seems Kenna will get to go home soon. Way to go, Kenna!
