Fast Company recently interviewed the five CEOs of BlueFish: Scott Kraege, Michael Browning, Christian Browning, Tony Paris, and Josh Garrett to see how they work together while leading the company.

Fast Company talks about how the CEOs met, how they handle decisions and much more. When it comes to making decisions with five chief executives, they farm out certain decisions based on the individual expertise. But for strategic and directional decisions, they work collectively to reach answers. They are honest to say they don’t always agree on everything, so having an odd number of five guys certainly helps the democratic process!

When they started working together only one of the guys had a child. Today they have 16 children among them.
