Payment

All orders must be prepaid. Purchase orders will be accepted from government agencies and private companies or organizations. Purchase orders must include shipping charges and have proper signature(s) or they will not be processed, and will be returned to the customer for modification.

Prices are subject to change without notification. It is not always possible to keep all titles in stock. We will ship all available publications promptly and back order any out of stock items. If you paid by check and wish to cancel your order, you will be issued a credit. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to your NFI account.

Return/Refund Policy

No returns or refunds. Damaged materials may be exchanged for like items at no additional cost.

Discounts

A valid identification number (ID#) is required to qualify for an Affiliate or Organizational Member discount. If you are unsure whether you may receive a discount on your purchase, contact NFI before placing your order. Volume discounts on purchases of brochures are available for quantities of 1,000 or more. Other large volume discounts may also be available; call 301-948-0599 for more information.

Organizational Membership (10% Discount)

Organizations can become members for a $100 fee, and receive a 10% discount on all FatherSource orders for the duration of their membership. Organizational Memberships are valid for one year. Contact us for more information about Organizational Membership.
