Roland Warren
President
Before joining National Fatherhood Initiative, Roland
Warren worked as a financial
consultant for Goldman Sachs in Philadelphia, PA.
He has also worked as an
Associate Director of Development
for his undergraduate alma
mater, Princeton University,
and in management positions
for both IBM and PepsiCo.
Prior to his current position,
he had served as a member
of National Fatherhood Initiative's board of directors.
Roland received his
MBA from the Wharton School
of the University of Pennsylvania.
He and his wife, Yvette, have
two sons.

Renae Smith
Special Assistant to the President
As Special Assistant to the President, Renae is responsible for planning and coordinating the President’s meeting schedule and travel logistics as well as preparing research and correspondence. Additionally, she serves as liaison to the Board of Directors.
