Since 2002, Paul has managed the daily operations of finance, contract administration and office administration. Additionally, he oversees financial reporting and budgeting for National Fatherhood Initiative. Prior to joining the staff, Paul was a financial analyst for a physician’s membership organization and the comptroller for $12 million non-profit organization. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The Catholic University of America; is married and has two children.

Lisa assists in daily and monthly fiscal operations. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language and Literature. Currently, Lisa is pursuing a B.S. degree in accounting. After leaving Shanghai, the biggest city in China, Lisa moved to Singapore in 1996, and then to the US in 1999. She and her husband, George, have an eight year old daughter, Jenny.

Heather assists in all Accounts Receivable related tasks for National Fatherhood Initiative. She holds an Associates Degree in Accounting and Hotel/Restaurant Management from Bryant and Stratton in New York and is currently pursing a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Devry University. Before moving to Maryland she lived in Upstate New York and worked as a night auditor for the Maplewood Inn.
