Graphic Design and Resource Teams

		Paul McNally Director of Graphic Design & Resource Center Prior to joining NFI, Paul worked as a design coordinator at York Wallcoverings, one of the nation's leading wallpaper manufacturers. With over 10 years of professional graphic design experience, Paul provides the art direction and creative oversight for NFI’s products, special events, materials, brands, and marketing. Paul received his B.A. in Fine Arts from Messiah College in Grantham, PA.
		Connie Molitor Graphic Designer Connie comes to National Fatherhood Initiative with 10 years of experience in graphic design. Before joining NFI, she was a graphic designer with the Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co. She is a graduate of Millersville University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commercial Art. Connie is also a graduate of Penn State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. She Lives in York, Pennsylvania with her three-year-old son, Isaiah.
		Robin Fraumeni Graphic Designer With over 20 years experience in the graphic design profession, Robin brings a broad set of skills to NFI, acquired from her background in advertising and corporate in-house marketing. She received her B.F.A. in graphic design from The Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, MD.
Resource Center
		Tamika Jancewicz Resource Center Manager As Resource Center Manager, Natalie oversees the operation of FatherSOURCE, NFI’s resource center, ensuring that dads and organizations across the country receive and are aware of the many helpful resources that NFI offers. Tamika graduated from Messiah College in May 2004, and received a B.S. in Computer Engineering. After graduating, She worked a variety of jobs; the most rewarding being an assistant lacrosse coach for three years at Cumberland Valley High School located in Mechanicsburg, PA. Before coming to the National Fatherhood Initiative, Tamika was also a substitute teacher for the Harrisburg school district and hopes to receive her teacher’s certificate in Mathematics. Tamika and Benjamin Jancewicz were married September 2, 2006!
		Megan Wiedeman Resource Center Assistant Megan's role as Resource Center Assistant is to make sure our customers are receiving quality customer service at FatherSOURCE by serving their needs and answering their questions. Megan graduated from Grove City College in May of 2007 with a B.A. in Sociology. Throughout her teenage years she spent time working with kids in countries like Lithuania and Ukraine, and is passionate about children growing up in a healthy and loving family environment. In June of 2008 she married her best friend who also shares her love for kids.
