Paul McNally Senior Director of Graphic Design Prior to joining NFI, Paul worked as a design coordinator at York Wallcoverings, one of the nation's leading wallpaper manufacturers. With over 10 years of professional graphic design experience, Paul provides the art direction and creative oversight for NFI’s products, special events, materials, brands, and marketing. Paul received his B.A. in Fine Arts from Messiah College in Grantham, PA.   Connie Molitor Graphic Designer Connie comes to National Fatherhood Initiative with 10 years of experience in graphic design. Before joining NFI, she was a graphic designer with the Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co. She is a graduate of Millersville University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commercial Art. Connie is also a graduate of Penn State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. She Lives in York, Pennsylvania with her three-year-old son, Isaiah.
