Sean Coleman

Graphic Design and IT Manager, National Fatherhood Initiative®

Sean Coleman is Graphic Design and IT Manager at National Fatherhood Initiative®, where he leads graphic design, production, multimedia, and technical support for the organization. He joined NFI in 2012 and brings 26 years of experience in graphic design, publishing, media production, and marketing.

His expertise includes brand and visual design, print and digital publishing, web design, direct mail, photography, video, animation, and Apple systems support.

Sean has designed and supported the development of many of the major curricula and educational resources developed by National Fatherhood Initiative®, including InsideOut Dad® Third and Fourth Editions, 24:7 Dad® Fourth Edition, 24:7 Dad® Key Behaviors Workshop, the Non-Custodial Dads Booster Sessions, and The Father Engagement Academy™. He also designs NFI’s twice-yearly print catalog and direct mail materials and has helped introduce AI-supported design and video workflows to improve creative efficiency and visual quality.

Before joining National Fatherhood Initiative®, Sean worked across a wide range of design and publishing roles, including direct mail marketing, advertising, branding, web design, photo restoration, portrait retouching, and video production. Earlier in his career, he also worked in child and adolescent mental health, giving him additional experience relevant to the mission-driven work of National Fatherhood Initiative®.

Sean holds a B.A. in Psychology from Wheeling University and completed formal training in Advertising Design, Desktop Publishing, and Computer Graphics at Montgomery College. He is also a longtime member of The CreativePro Network.
