Session 1: Staying on Course: Focus, Format, & Frequency of 24/7 Dad®
One of the best aspects of 24/7 Dad® is that you can modify the way in which it’s delivered, while at the same time it’s important to maintain fidelity. Join your peers to learn how they deliver 24/7 Dad® with success, along with new ways to approach your program delivery.

Session 2:  Keep it Going…Best Practices for Sustainability
Sustainability. We always say: begin with the end in mind. Join Erik Vecere, NFI Vice President, Program Support to discuss best practices for sustainability and to share tips and ideas on how to keep your 24/7 Dad® program around for the long haul.

Session 3:  Customizing 24/7 Dad®
24/7 Dad® can be customized, so come prepared to share what makes your 24/7 Dad® different from your peers’ programs. Do you customize with additional activities? Videos? Other NFI resources? Let us hear how you make your 24/7 Dad® program even better!

Session 4: Integrating Technology into Your 24/7 Dad® Program
NFI offers the free 24/7 Dad® To Go app for the dads you serve, but we want to hear how you innovate with technology to better reach the dads you serve. NFI President Christopher Brown will lead this discussion and also share research on the best way to use technology with dads.

Panel Discussion: From Fathers to Facilitators
Fathers who have been through the 24/7 Dad® program and now facilitate it with other dads have a unique perspective on what it means to be a participant and a facilitator.Hear from these dads and be inspired by their stories.

How do you measure the success of your 24/7 Dad® program? If you don’t, what are the barriers to doing so? Join NFI President Christopher Brown and your fellow 24/7 Dad® facilitators to discuss the importance of and methods for measuring your program’s effectiveness
