Host a Walk in Your Community and Win!

We are excited for the upcoming Fit2Father campaign and need individuals and organizations like you to partner with us to make this year a success.

Here are the three things you should know about hosting a walk:

 1. You will be a champion in your community!
The goal of the Fit2Father campaign is to promote healthy families in your community by providing dads a way to get out and get active with their kids.
The walks provide an easy way for dads in your community to connect with their kids while raising awareness of the important role dads play in their kids lives.

 2. We'll provide you with the tools you need to make your walk a success!
As a Fit2Father walk coordinator, you will be responsible for using the NFI tool kit to host a walk in your area.
The NFI tool kit is easy to use and includes flyers, a fatherhood activity, and tips for making your walk a huge success.

 3. Your organization (or organization of your choice) will benefit while supporting NFI's fatherhood work! The Fit2Father walk is both an awareness and fundraising event. There is a nominal fee for all walkers to cover registration and hats. As an incentive, your organization (or an organization of your choice) will receive an exclusive collections of fatherhood skill-building materials to serve dads in your community when you raise $500 or more! Also, the walk that raises the most money will be featured on the cover of EQ (NFI's quarterly newsletter) and the NFI website!

For any additional questions, please email Brittany DeFrehn, Manager of Outreach, at bdefrehn@fatherhood.org.
