As Vice President of Development & Communications, Vincent oversees NFI's fundraising efforts and external communications, runs NFI's government relations, and manages relationships with media partners. He is a graduate of The College of New Jersey, where he received a bachelor's degree in history and economics. He received a master's degree in Communications from Johns Hopkins University, where he wrote a thesis on the depiction of fathers in Hollywood films. Prior to joining National Fatherhood Initiative, Vincent worked for two years as an analyst at Goldman Sachs in New York City. Vincent, his wife Claudia, and their son Vinny live in Maryland.

A native Tennessean, Ryan oversees all social media and blog efforts for NFI. He is a graduate of Middle Tenn St University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Religious Studies and Mental Health. He received a Master of Divinity from Southern Seminary. After completing his master’s, he studied under Chuck Colson. Prior to joining NFI, Ryan served on staff at churches in Tennessee and Virginia, serving as a student minister and preschool chaplain. Ryan worked seven years as an editor and writer for LifeWay in Nashville, Tennessee. Most recently, Ryan served as a researcher and writer in the executive office of Prison Fellowship Ministries. Ryan, his wife Tonia, and their two daughters Isabella and Gabriella, live in Northern Virginia.
