Based on your comprehensive assessment, an National Fatherhood Initiative fatherhood specialist will work with you to implement workplace solutions to increase your company's father friendliness and help your company's fathers achieve work/family balance.

An National Fatherhood Initiative fatherhood specialist will work with your company’s fathers to help them implement practical strategies that will help them become more productive, loyal employees and better fathers to their children.
