The Fatherhood Program Planning Workshop is a high-impact, one-day virtual workshop where teams use NFI's proven design-thinking framework to work through nine targeted questions. Participants walk away with a customized Fatherhood Program Game Plan — a practical, prioritized roadmap for building or improving programming that engages fathers.

NFI normally works with a lead agency or a city or county office that shepherds the 3-phase process.

Can the CMA be customized?

Yes. We are happy to work with you to align your CMA with your funding requirements or strategic goals.

Does NFI have to facilitate all 3 phases?

No. We can assist you with one or more phases depending on your team's level of expertise and capacity.
