We often ask the following question in training institutes on our fatherhood programs: “What are the characteristics of an effective facilitator?” You might or might not be surprised that participants have a lot of opinions, sometimes very strong ones.
During each of the next three weeks, I’ll ask you to answer a question relevant to effective facilitation of fatherhood programs, a vital need to address in running fatherhood programs that National Fatherhood Initiative (NFI) tackles in our new online, on-demand Effective Facilitation Certificate. At the conclusion of the three weeks, I’ll compile the answers and present the results in a fourth post.
